Avista Senior Living in Yuma, AZ seeks a results-driven Director of Sales for its assisted living and memory care community. The role involves engaging with prospective residents and families to showcase the community and move them toward making a decision.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to architect a strategic plan that drives occupancy. A passion for compassionate service and measurable results is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living is required.
• Must be results- and goal-driven.
• 5+ years in marketing & sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and programs.
• Organized with diligent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
