Job summary

Jobtailor in Miami, FL is seeking a skilled professional to drive membership and growth by recruiting agents and agencies. You will build and execute a year-round sales strategy, train teams on products, services, and compliance, and establish key partnerships across markets.

You will also ensure regulatory guidelines are communicated, recruit agents, and drive Ready to Sell initiatives, with significant travel. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a health license essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or Medicare.
• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• College degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned market.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with ACA, Medicare, Life and Ancillary products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Requirements

• Three (3) + years of experience in the healthcare or Medicare industry
• Previous broker or agency experience is preferred
• College degree preferred
• Active Health Insurance License is required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
• Creole a plus
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of and ability to effectively present ACA, Medicare, Life, and Ancillary insurance products
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned market, including overnight travel as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
