Job summary

AMC Health seeks an experienced field sales professional to lead a territory strategy, own provider accounts, and drive revenue growth across rural health and RPM initiatives.

You will engage with executive-level stakeholders, coordinate with clinical and analytic teams, and manage complex healthcare partnerships, while leveraging HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales and territory management.
  • Strategic account development and execution.
  • High volume sales model and sales cycle.
  • Client Success / Account Management.
  • Provider Growth / Healthcare Partnerships.
  • Proven success managing and growing provider relationships.
  • Experience with complex sales of medical equipment and services (including rural communities preferred).
  • Growth strategy development, expansions, and contract negotiations.
  • Navigating complex healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with CMS billing and CPT codes for chronic care/RPM.
  • Digital Media networking.
  • Deep understanding of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), digital health, or virtual care.
  • Value-based care models and healthcare economics.
  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver on a territory strategic sales plan.
  • Own a portfolio of provider accounts with retention, renewal, and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies aligned to client goals and AMC Health capabilities.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new program adoption opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary executive-level relationship owner across assigned accounts.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions.
  • Work with state health agencies.
  • Lead and coordinate the requirement elements of a successful program with other providers and state agencies.
  • Lead growth strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with sales leadership and customer satisfaction teams.
  • Proactively manage contract timelines, risk mitigation, and expansion pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Translate clinical and operational outcomes into data-driven value narratives that support the initiative.
  • Partner with Clinical and Analytics teams to demonstrate ROI and program impact.
  • Position AMC Health as a strategic growth partner and trusted advisor, not a vendor.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Act as a senior escalation point to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide customer voice-of-customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Work with an RFP team to create account-specific responses using local knowledge and relationships.
  • Stay current on Rural Health Transformation, RPM, digital health, value-based care, and virtual care trends.
  • Leverage market insights to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen client positioning.
  • Attend company approved industry meetings, regional events and conventions.
