Position Overview

The Sales Manager oversees key accounts, managing pipeline, conducting call reviews, evaluating performance, and suggesting operational improvements to maximize sales potential. The role involves managing both qualitative and quantitative aspects of sales teams, including culture, training, data analysis, and performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate
  • Sales management experience with large teams
  • Experience in lead generation businesses
  • Strong skills in managing sales culture, training, data, and KPIs
  • Experience in high-ticket alternative education sales (a plus)
  • Proficiency with sales tech, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-energy sales teams
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate lead flow and manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead initiatives
  • Manage CRM data, conduct call reviews, and create training
