DaySmart Software, Inc. is a remote-first company powering a smart booking platform for beauty pros, launching in the US to transform salon workflows. The role offers a base salary with a strong commission plan, enabling high earnings through quota attainment.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will source new opportunities, master cold outreach, book qualified demos, and help convert self-signups into paying accounts. You’ll also relay market feedback to shape product and sales strategy.
At Slick, a DaySmart company, we've built a smart booking platform and digital business partner for salons and barbers—transforming how industry professionals work and reimagining the client experience.
Today, 65% of salons still operate on pen and paper. Only 10% of bookings happen online. Compare that to how you reserve a taxi, hotel, or restaurant. The beauty industry has been left behind by technology—and that's our mission to change.
Backed by L'Oréal and launching in the US market, this is a ground-floor opportunity to lead that transformation.
As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first line of offense in our sales machine. You'll source new business opportunities, master cold outreach, book qualified demos, and help convert self-signup customers into paying accounts. Your efforts directly enable our Account Executives to close more deals. Beyond driving pipeline, you'll be our ears on the ground—capturing critical feedback from prospects about product gaps, competitive threats, and market opportunities. You'll combine sales hustle with product thinking to drive both revenue and product improvements.
