Job summary

Videa, Utah-based, is transforming dentistry with AI-driven diagnostics and workflow tools. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first voice dental practices hear from us, handling outbound calls and emails to introduce our AI solutions and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll target SMB practices (1–5 locations) and mid-market DSOs (6–30 locations), learn the product, overcome objections, and work with HubSpot in a fast-paced, collaborative team that values

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to commute to Utah office.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of daily cold calls and emails to SMB practices and mid-market DSOs, with a primary focus on setting qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Get past gatekeepers and front-desk staff to reach doctors, practice owners, office managers, and DSO operations leaders.
• Run quick, targeted account research to personalize outreach and hand AEs useful context before every meeting.
• Learn VideaHealth's product suite and the dental landscape to tailor your pitch.
• Handle objections and convert verbal interest into meetings.
• Build and follow multi-touch cadences across phone, email, and text.
• Log all activity, leads, and meetings in HubSpot/CRM.
• Review call recordings, take coaching, and refine your talk tracks.
• Share insights from prospects with sales and marketing.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first voice many dental practices hear from us. You’ll run high-volume outbound calls and emails to introduce practice owners, doctors, and office managers to AI-driven diagnostics and workflow tools, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll focus on two segments: SMB practices with 1–5 locations and mid-market DSOs with 6–30 locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of daily cold calls and emails to SMB practices and mid-market DSOs, with a primary focus on setting qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Get past gatekeepers and front-desk staff to reach doctors, practice owners, office managers, and DSO operations leaders
• Run quick, targeted account research to personalize outreach and hand AEs useful context before every meeting
• Learn VideaHealth's product suite and the dental landscape (practice management systems, imaging, insurance and claims workflows, and competing AI tools) well enough to spot pain points and tailor your pitch
• Handle common objections on the phone and turn verbal interest into a meeting on the calendar before you hang up
• Build and follow multi-touch cadences across phone, email, and text to stay consistent and hit daily activity goals
• Log all activity, leads, and meetings accurately in HubSpot/CRM
• Review your own call recordings, take coaching, and keep refining your talk tracks
• Share what you hear from prospects with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting.

What You Bring

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and motivated by daily and weekly activity and meeting set goals
• Resilient: you handle rejection well, stay upbeat, and pick up the next call
• Coachable: you seek out feedback and apply it quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; you can explain complex ideas in clear, simple language
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of SDR, BDR, or other high-volume outbound or phone-based sales experience preferred
• Experience with modern sales tools such as Nooks, Attention, HubSpot, Zoom, and ZoomInfo is a plus
• Experience selling into healthcare, dental, or small business is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to commute to Utah office

The expected base salary range for this role is $60,000-70,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.
