We are seeking our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Austin, Texas to help establish RobCo in the North American market. This is not a back-office SDR role; this is a foundational position with direct impact on how we enter and scale in the US.
You will play a key role in building our US pipeline from the ground up, shaping our market positioning, and working closely with leadership to define what scalable success looks like in this region.
This is not a traditional SDR role in a mature market.
You will be part of RobCo’s US expansion journey—shaping our presence in one of the world’s most competitive industrial markets. As the first SDR in Austin, you will help define processes, influence strategy, and lay the commercial foundation for long-term growth in North America.
