QuestionPro has a fascinating journey ahead, and we’re seeking a passionate individual to join our growing U.S. sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact in our sales process, playing a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on prospecting organizations across the United States through cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn.
You will receive substantial support from our marketing and sales teams and collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate and advance qualified opportunities. This role requires comfort with outbound prospecting, persistence, and the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.
This position supports either our Research (RE) or Customer Experience (CX) sales team. While the solution focus varies slightly between teams, the core responsibilities, tools, compensation structure, expectations, and career path are the same.
Depending on team alignment, this role will report to either the President (Research team) or the Sales Manager of CX – USA (Customer Experience team).
