Expressable, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build physician relationships in San Antonio/Austin and secure referrals for new client growth.

This fully remote role is based in Austin or San Antonio, TX, with regular territory travel and a compensation package of 70,000–85,000 USD annually plus bonus/commissions. In this role you will run inbound/outbound outreach, manage provider accounts, and execute regional sales plans to meet targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or related fields.
• Consultative selling style with motivation from a quota-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.
• Residence in Austin or San Antonio, TX (required).
• Experience generating provider referrals; familiarity with speech-language therapy is a plus.

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative who will build physician relationships in San Antonio/Austin, Texas and secure direct referrals to drive new client growth.

What You Would Be Doing

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in San Antonio and Austin.
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's unique clinical approach.
• Manage provider accounts as the main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in your region to meet targets.
• Educate new referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and account details, and use our marketing materials and clinical resources to support your work.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
• A consultative selling style, and comfort with and motivation from a quota-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.
• Residence in Austin or San Antonio, TX, or the surrounding area (required).
• Experience generating provider referrals, and familiarity with speech-language therapy practice preferred

TRAVEL

Regular territory travel in the San Antonio and Austin Texas surrounding areas.
