Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors with high school students aiming for admission and scholarships to top universities globally.

This is a full-time position based in the US.

The ideal candidate will build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and North America Chinese marketing and sales team. Act as the first contact point for potential Chinese clients (primarily parents), ensuring a smooth customer experience across Crimson programs.
  • Monitor leads and enrollments from marketing channels, report weekly/monthly progress, analyze customer behavior, and improve user experience.
  • Make calls and respond to inquiries from parents and students to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce CRM.
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, creating a strong first impression aligned with Crimson's high-quality service standards.
  • Update lead records and track their progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings between leads and Crimson’s Academic Advisors.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes.
  • Manage sales targets and KPIs independently and collaboratively.
  • Support outreach activities such as expos, seminars, webinars, and school talks.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Native or proficient in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence, patience, empathy, willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Chinese marketing platforms and channels.
  • Experience in customer service or success roles.
  • Experience in education or professional services sectors, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and multiple platforms.
  • Experience in the education sector (preferred).
  • Background in college consulting or parent-focused roles (preferred).
