Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive initial conversations with healthcare organizations worldwide, identifying prospects and creating qualified opportunities for the account team. This role plays a critical part in building our pipeline and communicating the value of our medical imaging solutions.

You will research decision-makers, engage via multi-channel outreach, and partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging and present solutions clearly.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and commitment to achieving targets and continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification processes and contribute to overall team success and revenue goals.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Intelerad, you'll drive the initial conversations that introduce our innovative medical imaging solutions to healthcare organizations worldwide. This role is essential to building our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, developing relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. You'll play a critical role in communicating the value of our solutions while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare through technology.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry challenges and buying processes
  • Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms
  • Understanding of medical imaging or healthcare IT solutions
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales development metrics

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required (less than 10%)

The base pay for this position is $25.50 per hour within any geographic market in the USA. Intelerad is a total compensation company. First year estimated OTE (on target earnings) for this role including basesalaryand commission is $68,000-71,000, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
