Pacific Office Automation, the largest independently owned office technology dealer in the U.S., is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Centennial, CO. You will build a pipeline, outbound calls, and schedule meetings while training and growing with a mentorship-based program.

This full-time onsite role offers uncapped commissions, a clear path to leadership, and a strong benefits package as you learn to present POA’s technology solutions to clients and develop relationships

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• High energy, strong communication, and competitive mindset
• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

A background in athletics or campus leadership is a plus.

• First-year OTE: $65,000+ with top reps earning $100,000+
• Uncapped commission and a non-recoverable draw while you ramp
