NoirDove is a management consulting firm for B2B technology founders. We work with companies at the $1M ARR stage and above where growth has stalled or become inconsistent. We are looking for an SDR to run outbound execution across our client engagements.
Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Location: Remote (work from home)
Target Markets: United States, United Kingdom, Middle East
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and List Building
- Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator using ICP criteria set per engagement. No generic imports.
- Map each account across four contact types: business decision-makers (CEO, COO, MD), economic buyers (CFO, VP Finance, budget owners), technology influencers (CTO, CIO, CISO, VP Engineering), and internal champions (department heads, senior managers who feel the problem directly).
- Keep lists clean. Remove invalid contacts, flag duplicates, and update Apollo.io and the CRM after every activity.
- Run cold email sequences via Instantly.ai and Apollo.io using approved messaging frameworks. No off-script emails without sign-off.
- Tailor messaging by contact type. Economic buyers get ROI framing. Technology influencers get risk and capability framing. Champions get problem-recognition framing.
- Follow up on every active contact. Most meetings book on the third or fourth touch.
- Run LinkedIn outreach in parallel with email where the ICP and messaging strategy calls for it.
- Connect requests must carry context. Generic connection requests do not go out.
- Use LinkedIn activity signals (post engagement, job changes, company announcements) to time and personalise outreach.
Calling
- Run outbound calls as part of multi-touch sequences, not as a standalone channel.
- Call after an email open or a LinkedIn interaction, not cold into an empty sequence.
- Leave short, specific voicemails when a prospect does not pick up. Reference the email. Give them a reason to reply.
- Log every call outcome in Apollo.io the same day: connected, voicemail, no answer, callback requested.
Meeting Qualification and Booking
- A meeting counts when the right person has confirmed a time with the right context set. Convert replies into that, nothing less.
- Qualify before booking: decision-making authority, fit with the solution, and timing. A bad meeting wastes more than a no-reply.
- Send a context note before every confirmed meeting: who the prospect is, why they were targeted, what was said across channels.
Reporting and Pipeline Management
- Update the pipeline tracker daily: contacts reached, replies, meetings booked, meetings held, conversions.
- Submit a biweekly report: pipeline status, sequence performance, what changed, what needs a decision.
- Flag problems immediately. Deliverability drops, poor reply rates, ICP mismatches — not at the next review.
Requirements
- At least 2 years running cold outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calling. Senior B2B decision-makers, not mid-market forms.
- Working knowledge of Apollo.io and Instantly.ai. You build, launch, and monitor a sequence without being walked through it.
- A track record of booking qualified meetings at C-suite or VP level. We will ask for numbers, not descriptions.
- Written and spoken English good enough to get a response from a US or UK executive. Sharp, specific, and not templated.
- Self-directed. You manage your own pipeline and activity targets. No daily check-in.
- Willing to report honestly. If a sequence is underperforming, we need to know before it costs three weeks.
Nice to have: outreach experience in Cybersecurity, AI, or Healthtech; familiarity with HubSpot CRM; background in consulting, agency, or B2B services.
