Pomelo Care is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our employer sales team in the continental US. You will partner with Strategic Partnership Directors to drive enterprise leads and engage with consultants, reporting to the Sales Development Manager.
You will generate high-quality opportunities, craft persuasive outreach, and collaborate with marketing and AEs to communicate Pomelo Care’s value.

In this role, you have the opportunity to partner with Pomelo’s Strategic Partnership Directors to drive leads with enterprise employers and their consultants.
This role reports to the Sales Development Manager and is open to any candidates located in the continental US.

The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, with expected on-target earnings of $115,000 to $130,000, and equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
