Pomelo Care is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our employer sales team. You will generate high quality net new opportunities and partner with Strategic Partnership Directors to drive leads with enterprise employers and their consultants.
The role is open to candidates located in the continental US and reports to the Sales Development Manager. Be ready to engage with C-suite executives to benefits leaders and support event marketing efforts.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, with expected on-target earnings of $115,000 to $130,000, and equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
