Paramount Home Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business by connecting with homeowners over the phone and booking qualified roof inspections. This full-time role offers remote or onsite options, a base salary plus uncapped commission, and benefits like 401(k) and healthcare.

You will be the first voice customers hear, qualify leads, schedule appointments for roofing consultants, and track activity in our CRM, contributing to growth and career advancement
