Demandforce, based in San Francisco, is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage inbound and outbound prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
You will work with Salesforce and ZoomInfo, respond to inquiries across phone, web chat, and email, and contribute to a high-volume, collaborative sales team while pursuing coaching and career advancement.
Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Compensation: $50,000 - $52,500 base + uncapped commission
Job Type: Full-time
About Us
Demandforce, founded in 2003 and based in San Francisco, is an award-winning software company helping small businesses grow through smarter communication. Our platform includes marketing automation, appointment reminders, reputation management, and 24/7 online booking.
We’re a fast-paced, collaborative team committed to helping businesses thrive—and we’re growing fast! SDR’s will work closely with the Account Executive team to uncover the prospective client's business priorities and goals, matching them with the best service for their needs and then ensuring those clients achieve their designated business objectives.
What’s in it for you:
Who You Are:
How You’ll Do It:
This is not a traditional cold-calling-only SDR role. You’ll be one of the first people prospective customers speak with when they contact Demandforce.
Throughout the day, you’ll respond to inbound leads from phone calls, website inquiries, live chat, marketing campaigns, and other channels while also completing outbound follow-up. The role averages approximately 65 inbound and outbound calls per day in addition to email and chat activity.
Some prospects will know exactly what they’re looking for. Others may simply know they have a problem they want to solve. Your job is to quickly understand what’s happening in their business, ask the right questions, communicate how Demandforce may be able to help, and determine whether it makes sense to schedule a deeper conversation with an Account Executive.
You’ll need to balance speed with quality. Responding quickly matters, but so does making each conversation count.
At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
