Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on identifying and pursuing sales opportunities by analyzing inbound inquiries from email and customer support channels. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between potential leads and our 3D virtual world & gaming products, ensuring a seamless experience for clients exploring virtual events, brand marketing, and creative spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and review inbound inquiries from email and customer support channels.
  2. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, goals, and potential fit with our Spatial metaverse product.
  3. Categorize and prioritize leads based on engagement and potential revenue opportunities.
  4. Respond promptly to inquiries with tailored communication that highlights product value.
  5. Schedule product demos or consultations for qualified leads with senior sales representatives.
  6. Nurture leads by providing relevant product information and resources.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and their status in the CRM system.
  9. Assist in preparing customized proposals or presentations based on client needs.
  10. Develop a deep understanding of the Spatial virtual world platform and its use cases.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
  12. Provide insights from customer interactions to the product and marketing teams to inform improvements and campaigns.

Preferred Time Zones: EST and PST

This is a part-time or contractor opportunity.

Requirements
  1. Education & Experience:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  3. 0–2 years of experience in SAAS sales, customer service, or a related role.
  4. Skills:
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  7. Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools and familiarity with gaming or 3D platforms.
  8. Interest or experience in the metaverse, virtual reality, or related fields is a strong advantage.
  9. Personal Attributes:
  10. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and learning.
  11. Strong attention to detail and creative ability to analyze customer needs & identify solutions.
  12. Team-oriented with a customer-first approach.
  13. Deep interest in emerging technologies including 3D, Unity, Spatial Computing and XR.
