The Role

We’re looking for a fearless, high-output SDR to help us scale our cold outreach. This role is for someone who loves the hunt and to roll up the sleeves and call and want a career in sales. Someone who’s not afraid of 100+ dials a day. Someone who sees “no” as the beginning of the conversation, not the end, can handle objections, pitch the meeting, and get it booked to drive revenue and pipeline.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day and book 5+ qualified meetings per week with Director and VP-level decision-makers.
  • Pair calls with personalized LinkedIn outreach and targeted email sequences to grab attention and spark conversations.
  • Write sharp, persuasive follow-up emails that convert interest into action.
  • Track and manage all touchpoints in our CRM, and proactively warm up leads through creative engagement.
  • Shadow the sales calls you generate to learn techniques and prepare for your future as a closer.
  • Relentlessly follow up—because timing is everything.
  • Learn quickly, adapt even faster, and stay open to coaching from people who have succeeded in your role before.

  • Start on a 3-month contract—earn a full-time SDR role if you crush it.
  • Potential to get promoted to full-cycle AE in as little as 12 months.
  • Build muscle fast by learning from a top-tier team.
  • Your work actually moves the needle—we're a small team doing big things.
  • You'll help shape how we sell, grow, and win.
  • Generous Pay and Bonus Structure 65% Salary, 35% Bonus, equity (uncapped bonuses if you blow it out of the water)
