The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an extension of the Field Sales organization generating qualified sales opportunities through responding to marketing-generated leads, inbound interest, and targeted outbound prospecting. In close collaboration with Account Executives, SDRs establish prospecting plans for strategic accounts to uncover new business and grow existing customers. SDRs also manage small deals and renewals in their assigned territories. The role requires strong business acumen, the ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect’s or customer’s business environment and needs, and the ability to apply the business value of Alteryx.
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The base salary range for this role in the US is $50,000–$55,000, plus commissions (70/30 split). Employees may also be eligible for additional compensation and a wide range of benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and other programs.
