Open Position: Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

Reports to: SDR Manager

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development Rep who is fun, energetic, and fearless on the phones.
  • Generate demo opportunities for closers by calling a large database.
  • Maintain and prioritize a large pipeline in SFDC.
  • Quickly and thoroughly learn the HST products, the industry, and the industry challenges.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Outgoing, creative, optimistic, and has a solution-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We love our “work” and the team so it’s fun!
  • Desire to work for a startup tech company. Creative, organized and motivated atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Prior SDR experience a plus, especially in SaaS and/or healthcare tech.
  • Extreme comfort in cold-calling (50 calls/day).
  • Strong networking and time management skills (LinkedIn + SFDC).
  • Use of technology to perform tasks (Teams/Slack, email sequencing software, prospecting support tools, or similar tools).
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
