Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivatedSocial Media Setter (SDR)to join our fast-paced team. As a Setter, your job is to engage with leads via DMs, follow our proven script to qualify them, and book qualified calls onto our team’s calendar. This role is perfect for someone who’s consistent, detail-oriented, and thrives on fast communication.

Responsibilities
  • Log in to company social media platforms daily (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Respond to new and existing leads within10 minutes or lessduring assigned shifts
  • Follow a provenDM scriptto qualify leads and handle basic objections
  • Maintaindaily lead trackingand submit an end-of-day report (activity, progress, challenges)
  • Book qualified calls into the appropriate team member’s calendar
  • Identify andfilter out unqualified leadsusing clear qualification criteria
  • Communicate and collaborate with the sales/closing team daily
  • Maintain professionalism and brand voice at all times
Daily Breakdown (Example)
  • Start of shift:Log in, review pending DMs, begin conversations
  • Throughout the shift:Reply to all inbound and outbound messages, qualify leads
  • Book calls:Once leads are qualified, schedule them with the closer
  • Track KPIs:Monitor response times, call bookings, and lead quality
  • End of shift:Submit daily report (how many convos, how many booked, issues, etc.)
Key KPIs
  • Response time under10 minutes
  • conversations initiated/responded per day
  • qualified calls booked per week
What We're Looking For
  • Clear, quick communicator
  • Can follow instructions and scripts without going off-track
  • Reliable and available during assigned hours
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Calendly, Instagram DMs, and Messenger
  • Previous experience in setting, sales, or customer service is a bonus
