About Us

Intellicasting is a fast-growing SaaS company helping multi-unit restaurant operators simplify labor scheduling and driver mileage reimbursement. Our platform is used by hundreds of franchise locations across the country to streamline workforce management, drive operational efficiency, and stay compliant with labor laws.

We're looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team and play a foundational role in driving growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Identify and reach out to restaurant owners and decision-makers from company defined brands
  • Leverage your existing industry network (especially if you’ve sold payroll, POS, or related services)
  • Schedule product demos for our sales and leadership team
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in our CRM
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in SaaS or the restaurant tech space
  • Bonus points for prior sales to restaurant owners, franchisees, or hospitality groups
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools (i.e. Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn)

Compensation & Growth Potential

This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience. The role includes a performance-based incentive compensation plan tied to qualified meetings and closed deals.

On-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $120,000 annually.

As our first SDR, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our sales strategy and scale our go-to-market efforts.

A detailed incentive compensation plan will be shared with candidates during the interview process.
