Job description

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first friendly face (and voice) prospective clients connect with. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, outgoing, quick on their feet, and energized by building relationships. You should be comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once, paying attention to the details, and keeping things moving in a afast-paced agency environment. • Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to ensure smooth and effective handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and opportunity details within HubSpot (CRM)
  • Assist with lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up workflows within HubSpot
  • Promptly follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities
  • Provide basic pricing guidance, production timelines, and service information as appropriate during the qualification process
  • Clearly communicate timelines, capabilities, and expectations to prospective clients
  • Help manage client expectations while coordinating with internal teams
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback and insights with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Support overall agency growth initiatives through proactive communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and develop relationships with prospective clients and internal team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively without close supervision
  • Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing a high volume of leads and follow-up activities
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple conversations and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable leading introductory discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, preferably HubSpot
