The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients across key verticals
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events).
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce and other sales focused tools to source and engage decision-makers.
  • Maintain active nurturing cadences for long-term opportunities while focusing on a handful of target accounts each week.
  • Conduct intro discovery calls to uncover needs, challenges, timelines, and buying processes when needed.
  • Log and manage all interactions in our CRM with discipline and accuracy. Some tools will be automatically transcribed.
  • Track lead status, meeting outcomes, and KPIs for regular reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to refine ICP and tailor campaigns based on market feedback.
  • Have an attack plan for every week.
  • Stay sharp on trends in community software, prebuilt SDKs & APIs for mobile & web.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry shifts to refine messaging and approach.
