UserIQ’s Sales Development Representatives are responsible for utilizing emails and calls to qualify and disqualify potential customers and sales opportunities. They then set up appointments for sales directors to close the deal. The KPI (Key-performance-indicator) for this role is how many demo’s/presentations you secure each month via customer outreach efforts.
