Your role at M-Files
The Sales Development Manager has a critical role within the M-Files marketing organization, and an excellent opportunity for an experienced team lead to drive a highly motivated team to success.
This role is suited to someone with extensive experience as a high-performing SDR and team lead, who can translate their skills and experience to support and coach the North American SDR team to succeed.
This is player/coach role. The SDR Manager will carry a small individual target to ensure familiarity and eventual mastery of M-Files' tools, processes, product, and messaging. This role will also be responsible for the success of a team of direct reports, meeting opportunity targets and other pre-defined KPIs.
Reporting into the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, North America, this role can be based anywhere in United States (eastern and central time zone preferred) and requires some occasional travel for internal meetings and external events.
