The Role: Emerging Agency Insurance Consultant

As an Emerging Agency Insurance Consultant, you’ll be the catalyst for transformation, working virtually with high-growth agencies (under 10 team members) to unlock their full potential. You’ll guide agency owners through APP’s proven strategies, obliterate growing pains, and fuel sustainable, jaw-dropping growth. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of insurance agencies and leave a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Partner with assigned agencies to implement APP’s core strategies, driving efficiency, retention, and explosive sales growth.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact, teaming up with a client concierge and data analyst to help the agencies succeed.
• Orchestrate Success: Guide clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they hit the ground running.
• Uncover Insights: Conduct team surveys to pinpoint pain points and share secret shopper call results to spark improvement.
• Harness Data for Wins: Collaborate with your appointed data analyst to clean up agency data, optimize systems, and translate insights into bold business decisions—while celebrating every milestone.
• Build the Future: Craft 1- and 10-year strategic plans, rally agency teams around the vision, and secure buy-in for transformative change.
• Create Consistency: Tailor APP processes to deliver a repeatable, world-class customer experience.
• Shape Culture: Develop agency values, ideal org charts, job descriptions, and growth-focused incentive plans.
• Set Standards: Establish clear agency standards to keep teams laser-focused on what matters most.
• Drive Retention: Keep clients hooked on APP’s consulting retainers, live virtual training, agency school, and data programs.

The Program You’ll Champion

You’ll lead the charge on our Emerging Agency Program, a dynamic blueprint designed to propel agencies with under 10 team members to new heights.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience That Packs a Punch: 5+ years in an independent Personal & Commercial insurance agency (10+ years preferred) or a similar role in the independent insurance industry.
• Leadership Swagger: Proven leadership or ownership experience that shows you can rally teams and drive results.
• Data Savvy: A knack for analyzing data and market trends to make game-changing recommendations.
• Communication Superpowers: Stellar verbal and written skills to inspire clients and navigate complex conversations.
• Process Passion: A love for building processes, using data to make decisions, and championing growth.
• Emotional Intelligence: The ability to handle tough business situations with empathy and finesse.
• HubSpot Bonus: Experience with HubSpot is a major plus!
