Job summary

  • Credibility in formulation, manufacturing, application, and field-testing discussions.
  • Strength in account planning, value selling, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Executive presence and clear, decision-oriented communication skills.
  • Proven project management capability.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and accountability.
  • Self-directed starter and solver who creates structure, acts urgently, and delivers with limited oversight.
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas and support global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of account plans tied to customer priorities and growth goals.
  • Build and establish relationships from technical teams through C-suite leaders.
  • Lead biweekly technical reviews and executive quarterly / annual reviews.
  • Convert opportunities into sales through qualification, trials, launch, and scale-up.
  • Develop value propositions, value-in-use cases, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead teams across Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management and Legal.
  • Prioritize applications and markets with the greatest commercial potential.
  • Lead negotiations that create value and protect ExxonMobil’s interests.
  • Draft, execute and maintain account plans, sales pipelines, forecasts, risks, and actions in Salesforce.
  • Anticipate barriers, mobilize resources, and drive actions to completion.

What you will do
  • Lead the development and execution of account plans tied to customer priorities and growth goals.
