ExxonMobil is seeking a Commercial Manager for its Midstream Business Development in Spring, Texas. As a Commercial Manager in ExxonMobil’s Midstream Business Development organization, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing commercial opportunities that enhance portfolio value, create market optionality, and support strategic growth objectives across a diverse asset footprint. This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with producers, marketers, refiners, petrochemical companies, midstream service providers, and other industry participants while leading the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial transactions.
The successful candidate will leverage North American midstream market knowledge, commercial expertise, and relationship management skills to originate opportunities, optimize asset utilization, and support growth across crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), refined products, petrochemicals, and related midstream value chains. This position will support a defined commodity‑specific portfolio within ExxonMobil’s Midstream Business Development organization, based in Spring, Texas, and will require periodic travel.
