Star Health is looking for Star Sales and Development Manager who is dedicated, fun-loving, focused and who can work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call into prospective clients to generate new business
- Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Healthcare Staffing services
- Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
- Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs.
- Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Direct relevant experience in healthcare staffing, required
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
