What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow business through strategic communication with assigned retail sellers and internal teams
- Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, and services to influence grower decisions
- Execute strategic plans in partnership with retail sellers, monitoring progress and results
- Communicate the total acre value proposition and support retail sellers in key meetings
- Utilize CRM software to record account details and manage projects effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 3 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in the field
- Strong understanding of business drivers and their relationship to profitable growth
- Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
- Proven ability to coach and mentor, leading change effectively
- Technical expertise in agriculture products and experience with CRM software (Salesforce)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales role within the agricultural industry
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
- Demonstrated agility in adapting to change and managing productivity in fast-paced environments
