Job summary

TEKsystems in Missouri is offering a 10-week paid internship for rising seniors in a Sales program, June–August 2027. You will work with mentors, gain exposure to clients and recruiters, and complete a final presentation project. Successful interns may be considered for full-time roles the next year.

This program provides hands-on experience in outside sales, sales territory analysis, and business development, with opportunities to shadow leadership and recruiters throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Sales undergraduate program as a rising senior (December 2026 & May 2027 grads)
• Strong desire for a career in outside sales (sales majors or minors preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional demeanor and presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with limited supervision and good follow-through skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting the office with a sales territory review, business development and exposure to clients.
• Shadowing and interaction with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to gain insight into a career in sales.
• Final presentation project assigned to each intern.
• Interns who complete the program may be considered for full-time employment the following year.
