Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking students for a ten-week paid internship in outside sales. The program runs June–August, with no IT knowledge required and mentors assigned to guide you through day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects.

The internship pays $16.50/hr. for up to 40 hours per week plus COLA where applicable, with no benefits during the 10-week program. Upon completion you may be considered for a full-time role in Sales (Account Management).

Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergraduate sales program—rising seniors.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain genuine relationships.
• Accountable and able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the office with sales territory reviews and business development.
• Make outbound calls and schedule meetings with prospects.
• Support post-graduation opportunities in Sales (Account Management).
