Bunzl Distribution is seeking graduates to join the Sales Development Associate Program, a 12-month training track based in St. Louis, MO. You will gain hands-on exposure across our business, develop core sales skills, and prepare to move into a field sales role in a national territory.

Relocation and living stipends are provided for training, with post-program placement anywhere in the United States. This is a pathway to a long-term sales career within a market-leading distribution company.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027, or recent graduate.
• Willingness to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the duration of the training program.
• Willingness to relocate to a sales territory anywhere within the United States upon program completion.
• Must be able to travel, with overnight stays 2–3 nights per week.

• Participate in all phases of the Sales Development Associate Program.
• Learn Bunzl's products, customers, distribution operations, and sales processes.
• Develop consultative selling, prospecting, relationship management, and account growth skills.
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals and business leaders to gain hands-on experience.

• Successfully complete all program requirements and training milestones.
• Prepare for transition into a field sales territory upon graduation from the program.
