Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Home Organization Designer who can work from home with pre-set appointments near your location. No prior experience is required as complete sales and design training is provided.

You will guide customers through our products and services, build rapport, and educate them on closet solutions, with a flexible schedule and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Pay Type: Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
