Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking a personable designer with strong communication to help clients organize their homes. This role offers hybrid remote work, pre-set appointments, and comprehensive training with no prior experience required.

You will perform sales and design tasks, build lasting client relationships, and advance toward senior positions with pay/bonus increases. A valid driver’s license is required, and benefits include 401(k) with matching, health coverage, and employee

A Day In The Life:

• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Pay Type:

Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
