Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking a personable Designer to help clients organize their homes. This role offers hybrid remote work with pre-set appointments, comprehensive training, and no prior sales experience required.

You will learn sales and design, earn a commission-based salary ranging from $36,000 to $100,000 per year, with paid training and advancement opportunities, plus benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
