Job summary

Prostoria Ltd. is expanding in the U.S. and seeks a full-time Sales & Design Specialist for the flagship Prostoria store in River North, Chicago.

You will engage with architects, interior designers and retail clients, handling from design to delivery, ensuring exceptional service and meeting sales goals. The role requires 5+ years in architecture/interior design, high-end furniture sales experience, and proficiency in CAD/SketchUp plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as architect/interior designer.
• Outstanding sales skills.
• Retail sales experience in high-end furniture market is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp and similar tools (2D/3D).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Ability to manage design and coordination of projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with architects/interior designers and retail clients on product specifications and orders from design to delivery and assembly.
• Prepare sales documents (offers, orders, invoices).
• Organize and supervise sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales operations.
• Provide planning, design and coordination for Prostoria projects onsite with clients.
• Visit client sites as part of planning and selection process; organize product delivery.
