Job summary

The role offers hourly base pay plus commission, a paid training period, and a benefits package. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, demonstrating features, closing sales, and coordinating from sale to installation.

Qualifications

• High energy, self-motivated and able to build relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product features, close the sale.
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company advertising and marketing.
• Act as the customer’s point of contact from sale to installation.
• Assist customers with permits and liaise with HOAs when required.
• Develop product knowledge to communicate the Tuff Shed advantage.
