Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive the retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings for residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve storage needs and overseeing the journey from sale to installation.

This full-time role offers paid training and an hourly base with commissions. First-year earnings with commission could be $55,000 - $75,000, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Confidence, motivation and relationship-building ability.
• Eye for design and customer-focused approach.
• Good listening skills to address customer needs.
• Proven computer skills and willingness to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate features, close sales and perform site checks.
• Cultivate new sales leads from advertising and marketing.
• Serve as the point of contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs as required.
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage.
