Tuff Shed is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive the retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings to residential and commercial customers. You will build relationships, identify needs, demonstrate features, and guide customers from sale through installation.

The role offers a paid training period and an hourly base plus commission. First-year earnings potential ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Solid communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers identifying needs, demonstrate features, close sales, and perform site checks.
• Cultivate new sales leads from advertising and marketing.
• Serve as the contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with HOAs as required.
