Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an enthusiastic designer/sales professional to visit prescheduled appointments across NJ. This role offers a flexible schedule with full- or part-time options, training provided, and a strong commission structure based on performance.

You’ll meet with clients to assess home organization needs, explain our product line, and guide desig n decisions. No prior experience is required—training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
Outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
