Closets by Design of the First Coast is seeking a Sales Design Consultant to conduct in-home consultations across the Northeast Florida region, including Jacksonville. You will assess spaces, develop functional design solutions, and guide clients from initial meeting to close, following our established sales process.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.

Closets by Design of the First Coast is a provider of custom home organizing solutions, including closets, garages, home offices, and more. The Sales Design Consultant is responsible for conducting in-home consultations, developing functional design solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial meeting to close.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations using company-provided appointments.

• Assess client spaces and recommend design solutions based on their needs.
• Present products and guide clients through the design and decision process.
• Follow established sales processes and pricing guidelines.
• Complete and submit accurate order documentation.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and support team to move projects forward.
• Maintain communication on active and pending opportunities.

Territory & Travel

• Service area spans Northeast Florida and surrounding regions.
• Travel is required based on appointment location.
• Designers are generally assigned within their local area when possible.

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible full-time schedule based on appointment availability.
• Minimum monthly availability requirements, including some Saturdays.
• Opportunity to increase workload and earnings based on availability.
