Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring Sales Designers to visit clients’ homes, assess spaces, and design custom storage solutions that blend beauty with practicality. This commission-based role features pre-set appointments, with potential to earn more by generating leads but does not require doing so.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, coachable, and able to travel within the territory. The position offers flexible, hybrid scheduling, training and development, and advancement opportunities toward Senior

Closets by Design is seeking Sales Designers who can bring both style and functionality to our clients’ homes.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll visit clients’ homes, assess their space, and design custom storage solutions that are both beautiful and practical. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box, design on the fly, and turn a client’s vision into reality.

This is a commission-based role —We offer pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients—no cold calling required. You have the potential to earn even more if you are motivated to also generate your own leads in addition to the pre-set appointments, but this is not required.
