Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive retail sales of sheds, garages and custom buildings to residential and commercial customers in Philadelphia. You will build strong relationships, identify customer needs, demonstrate features, and manage the sale from inquiry to installation.

We offer paid training and an hourly base plus commission. First-year earnings with commission are projected between $55,000 and $75,000, with benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and address needs.
• Willingness to learn new software and use computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate products, close sales, and perform site checks as required.
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by advertising and marketing.
• Serve as the customer’s point of contact from sale to installation.
• Assist with permits as required and liaise with local HOAs.
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage.
