Closets by Design of the Palm Beaches & the Treasure Coast is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives for a commission-based role with truly unlimited bonus and earning potential. Training is provided to ensure you start strong, and you’ll meet clients across Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, pre-set appointments, and ongoing mentorship as you build a rewarding career in home organization design and sales.

Qualifications

• No degree required and growth mindset are encouraged.
• Willingness to complete a 16‑week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll help clients organize and transform their spaces while building a career with no ceiling on your income. We provide pre-set appointments with friendly customers and offer complete sales and design training—no experience necessary.

A Day in the Life

• Begin your sales route with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided)
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Follow our proven Sales Training system to help customers while growing your unlimited bonus income

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
