Closets by Design is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives in Florida to help clients organize spaces and transform homes. This role blends design insight with consultative selling and requires no prior sales experience.

You’ll work with pre-set appointments, receive 16-week sales training, and enjoy uncapped commissions with no earning cap. A flexible schedule and full training support a path to senior designer roles.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you'll help clients organize and transform their spaces while building a career with no ceiling on your income. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule and meet with clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties. We provide pre-set appointments with friendly customers and offer complete sales and design training - no experience necessary.
