Closets By Design Central Michigan is seeking motivated Sales/Design Consultants for a hybrid role serving local clients. You will meet with customers, assess home organization needs, and present tailored closet and storage solutions.

The position includes a 16-week paid training program, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to higher earnings as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are seeking coachable candidates eager to learn.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work in a business professional environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs.

Average income of $48k to $84k+. $48k is for motivated starting Sales/Design Consultants; $84k is for high-performing Sales/Design Consultants. Monthly incentives based on performance/results.
