- 1–3 years of data entry or account maintenance experience.
- Ability to understand data scenarios and interrelationships and update independently.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Excel.
- Familiarity with Box.com and FileMaker is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master data records with precision and turnaround.
- Review requests and determine required data actions, resolving inconsistencies.
- Work across multiple business applications to complete account maintenance.
- Support creation and upkeep of data for manufacturer registration and reporting.
- Investigate data issues and troubleshoot before updates are finalized.
- Participate in virtual training and apply new procedures quickly.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and new data tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve data issues.
